A Kate Middleton-Inspired Cafe has opened in Australia

An Australian café, seems to be entirely obsessed with the British royals, and with Kate Middleton in particular.

The brunch spot, aptly named Middletown Café, was created with the duchess as its muse, according to its owner, Randy Dhamanhuri.

“She’s undoubtedly royal but has this humble persona,” Dhamanhuri told People. “I think she’s the definition of timeless beauty and class in this modern age. Not just speaking of her look, but more so on how she carries herself in public.”

And while the Melbourne café’s name is a clear indicator of its focus, its nod to the Duchess of Cambridge doesn’t end there. The predominant colour of the modern eatery is royal blue. The diamond-shaped tiles are meant to mimic those at Westminster Abbey, where the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William took place. The café’s walls  also have an illustration of the Duchess’s sapphire engagement ring, which once belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

As for the food, dishes like chia seed pudding, paleo granola, coffee waffles, and eggs on toast are all served according to the website—making the menu as Instagram-worthy as the interiors.
