- Cut two rashers of back bacon in three lengthways and arrange them in heart shapes on a baking tray.
- Secure the ends with toothpicks if necessary, and
- cook in the oven at 200C, fan 180C, gas 6 for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of scrambled eggs.
