Today in the cellar of Boplaas Family Vineyards in Calitzdorp we are pumping over Tinta Barocca (a Portuguese variety) to get intense flavour and dark colour from the juice and skins, that will be bottled under the funky new label – Boplaas Tinta Barocca.
