Carrot and Orange Cooler

Mimosas, step aside! Brighten up brunch with this sunrise orange and carrot cooler mixed with fresh-pressed carrot juice, tequila, and Leopard’s Leap Classic Sauvignon Blanc.


  • 60 ml    fresh-pressed carrot juice
  • 30 ml    blanco tequila
  • 30 ml    fresh orange juice
  • 30 ml    fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml    Leopard’s Leap Classic Sauvignon Blanc
  • ginger ale to top up
  • lime slice for garnish


  1. Stir together carrot juice, tequila, orange juice, wine and lime juice in an ice-filled Collins glass.
  2. Top with ginger ale.
  3. Garnish with a lime slice.
