Mimosas, step aside! Brighten up brunch with this sunrise orange and carrot cooler mixed with fresh-pressed carrot juice, tequila, and Leopard’s Leap Classic Sauvignon Blanc.
Ingredients
- 60 ml fresh-pressed carrot juice
- 30 ml blanco tequila
- 30 ml fresh orange juice
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Sauvignon Blanc
- ginger ale to top up
- lime slice for garnish
Instructions
- Stir together carrot juice, tequila, orange juice, wine and lime juice in an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
