Graça clinches two 2011 Best Value Awards

Graça, one of South Africa’s liveliest and best-selling wines, has triumphed at the 2011 Best Value Wine Awards clinching two Value Awards in the highly contested white and rosé categories.

Graça and Graça Rosé are among just 47 wines out of more than 900 to receive top honours in the 2011 Wine Magazine Best Value Wine Guide for wines priced under R60 a bottle.

Known as an informal and versatile companion to foods of all kinds, this easy drinking wine is a highly sociable tipple for enjoying the lighter side of life without leaving a dent in the pocket.

Inspired by the renowned Portuguese vinho verde, literally meaning green wine for its youthful freshness, natural acidity and fruity floral aromas, Graça is the exuberant, fun loving wine for sharing with others.

Refreshing with a slight petillance, Graça is an easy drinking blend of Sauvignon blanc, Semillon and Colombar whilst Pinotage adds the alluring blush to the Rosé. The white wine is crisp and tantalising with lemony, off-dry flavours while the salmon pink rosé has gorgeous nectarine flavours with a touch of raspberry.

Graça, loved for generations as the talking, eating, drinking, laughing, singing, sharing wine, is best enjoyed with good company and a wide range of foods from pizzas and pastas to fish, shellfish, poultry and cream-based dishes and cheeses. Graça sells for around R23 – R24 at leading outlets country-wide.
