How To Make A Cartoon-style Emmental Cheesecake

This adorable cheesecake does not only look like something from a cartoon, it’s also super easy to make.

This specific cheesecake recipe went viral on the Taste Japan Youtube channel recently and it might just take the crown for the best lockdown recipe ever created.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 300 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 300 millilitres heavy cream
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 13 grams gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Yellow food colouring

Instructions

  1. Pop the gelatine in with the water and leave to dissolve.
  2. Add all the ingredients minus the food colouring (including the now-dissolved gelatine mix) into the blender and whizz until it’s combined.
  3. Add the food colouring until that’s combined too.
