Jordan Wine Estate in Stellenbosch is launching a new wine and dine tasting experience from the 1 September 2021, as the team from The Bakery and the Tasting Room join forces.

This integrative wine tasting and dining experience combine Jordan’s award-winning wines at cellar door prices with dishes made from seasonal ingredients, freshly sourced by Chef Thys Esterhuysen. This carefully crafted wine tasting experience can be enjoyed with the casual all-day menu, seven days a week.

The terrace and deck offer spectacular views, overlooking the dam and the Stellenbosch Valley. The tutored wine tasting can be enjoyed before, after, or even during your meal as the experienced staff give wine lovers the opportunity to discover the Synergy Between Soul and Soil.

The new menu has been designed to keep the most popular dishes, like “The Prospector” burger , the Vintners platter and flammkuchen. 

The private picnic pods on the lawn of Jordan Wine Estate offer breathtaking views of the Stellenbosch Kloof Valley and Stellenbosch Mountains and can accommodate 4 – 8 adults!  Each picnic basket is filled to the brim with delectable treats from The Cellar Door at Jordan. One basket contains enough for two people and are available for collection from 12:30 on the day of your booking. You’ll have access to your private pod until 16:00. There are also yummy kiddies baskets available for the little ones to enjoy while running on the lush verdant lawns.
