Fish fingers are always quick to make but can be a bit boring. Why not spice things up and turn a quick meal into something interesting and super tasty.
Ingredients:
- 20 Fish Fingers
- 10 taco shell
- 150g lettuce
- 10 tbsp tomato salsa
- 10 tbsp low fat yoghurt
To prepare:
- Cook fish fingers as per pack instructions
- Heat tacos to on-pack instructions
- Cut the lettuce
- Fill the taco with lettuce and fish fingers
- Top with salsa and yoghurt
