Personally, as soon as eggnog hits the shelves, I immediately buy it to add to my morning coffee, to eat with dessert, to drink on its own as a treat or to drink spiked when I?m looking for a festive cocktail. That said, I?m well aware of how unhealthy the spiced, creamy
