After honing their craft in kitchens and dining rooms around the country, brothers Joe and Paul Bartolotta, manager and chef, came home to Milwaukee, Wisc., and brought fresh ideas for wining and dining with them. Their restaurants include Wine Spectator Restaurant Award winners Bacchus and Ristorante Bartolotta.
