Clodagh Mckenna’s Barbecue Smoky And Sticky Ribs With Summer Slaw

Tomorrow is July 4, and I love to celebrate by having American friends over for a good old fashioned barbecue. I?ll be making these sensational sticky ribs with summer slaw. I marinate the ribs with a smoky whiskey ? stay on theme with a bourbon ? and some lovely English honey, sweet soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and sweet cinnamon.
