The Bacon and Egg Cocktail

Here’s a breakfast that will cure any hangover in a flash! The Bacon and Eggs Cocktail is a “breakfast for dinner drink” created by the mixologists at the Stone Rose Lounge at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona.


1-1/2 slices cooked bacon
2 oz  bacon flavored bourbon
3/4 oz real maple syrup
1.5 oz of liquid egg whites
.5 oz simple syrup


Muddle (very well) in shaker: 1 piece of cooked smoked bacon and top with ice.
Add Woodford Reserve and maple syrup.
Shake vigorously and strain in to rocks glass with new ice.
On the side, whip liquid egg whites and simple syrup together until frothy.
Pour egg whites on top. They should float like head on beer.
Garnish with half a slice of bacon sitting on top.
