The Karoo Oyster is a South African twist on the classic Prairie Oyster.
It’s the perfect “regmaker” created by cocktail bar Cause Effect in Cape Town.
Ingredients
- 1 Yolk of a quail egg
- 10 ml Brandy
- Salt pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Vinegar
Instructions
- Break the egg into a glass without breaking the yolk.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the glass as per your taste.
- Open up wide and swallow.
