1 red pepper, diced
3 cups raw spinach, coarsely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 and 1/2 cups milk
8 oz brie cheese, chopped into small pieces
