Fleur du Cap scores 90+ High Five in Tim Atkin`s SA Wine Report

Tim Atkin, accomplished wine commentator and British Master of Wine, has given Fleur du Cap a decisive high five with no less than five wines breaking the venerable 90 point barrier in his 2014 South African Wine Report.

With his vast experience spanning 24 years of tasting Cape wines, Atkins tasted more than 1000 local wines for his 2014 Report.

Top achiever in the Fleur du Cap stable with a score of 95/100, is Fleur du Cap Noble Late Harvest 2011. Showing remarkable consistency as one of South Africa’s top dessert wines, this celebrated nectar is one of seven consecutive vintages to achieve a 5-star rating from Platter’s South African Wine Guide.

Completing the cache 90+ rated wines are Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Semillon 2012 with 93 points, Unfiltered Merlot 2011 with 92, Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc 2013 on 91 and the signature blend, Fleur du Cap Laszlo 2008 scoring 90 points.
