Now that you are locked in at home and cannot visit the De Grendel Tasting Room or Restaurant, their team will be bringing the wine and inspiration to you!

Every week during their new ‘Together with Wine’ campaign, the team will be bringing you a wine feature, a recipe that is easy to create for families to pair with the wine, as well as a live video in which De Grendel’s Cellar Master, Charles Hopkins,  will present a wine tasting on Facebook.

Consumers will be able to interact with De Grendel online through the virtual tasting, ask them questions about the wine and send them feedback on the recipe and wine pairing.

This evening, Thursday 9 April, De Grendel will be publishing a new video on their Facebook page from our #TogetherWithWine series. Make sure you are tuned in at 18h30, South African time, as Charles talks about his De Grendel Shiraz and Elim Shiraz (and reveal a secret or two). These wines are multi award-winners, with the Elim Shiraz being a 5-star Platter’s winner.
