Preparations for Restaurant Week South Africa 2014 in full swing

In just under three weeks, 75 of SA’s best restaurants have enthusiastically registered for participation. Amongst the confirmed restaurants are last year’s winner of the “Best Dish of Restaurant Week Award”, Central One in Johannesburg and “Best Restaurant of Restaurant Week Award”, Planet in Cape Town. In total there will be 150 restaurants to choose from, before the online booking starts at 7 October, 10 AM sharp.

From 23 October till 2 November diners will again have the chance to explore SA’s best restaurants at a great
price: only R95 for lunch and R175 for dinner. Selected restaurants indicated with a DiningCity charge R50
extra. Guests can enjoy a specially designed menu, in which the chef chose to showcase the best the restaurant
has to offer. Bookings will have to be made in advance on www.restaurantweek.co.za, where one can easily browse the restaurants and the menus before making a final decision. But they shouldn’t ponder too long, because seats are limited and the hottest seats are expected to be booked in no time.
