The campaign launched at the beginning of this month and hit the initial £400,000 target within 24 hours. Stepping up its ambitions, the brewery is now looking to raise up to £1m to build the brewpub project, which will feature a taproom, brewery and a restaurant partnership with one of the city’s most exciting chefs.
