Winter is steadily creeping in at Haskell Vineyards and now is time to administer good vineyards management.

Our compost heap has come full circle and now this fertile organic matter is now being used in the vineyard.

Composting and Mulching is the process where the producer enriches the soil with compost hay and other vineyard material to stimulate healthy growth amongst the vines.
