Phantom Gin Perfect Serve

Ingredients

  • 50ml Phantom Gin
  • 200ml Barker & Quin Indian Tonic
  • Orange wedge
  • Fresh mint & lots of ice

Instructions

  1. In a chalice glass add ice first, then the liquid ingredients. Using a spoon gently stir the cocktail.
  2. Squeeze the orange juice from the wedge into the cocktail.
  3. Add a fresh orange wedge and then slap the mint to release the aroma oils and garnish. 

Black Negroni

20ml Phantom Gin
20ml Campari / Aperol (whichever you prefer)
20ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange wedge
Orange Peel
 
In a tumbler add ice first, then the liquid ingredients. Using a spoon gently stir the cocktail. Squeeze the orange juice from the wedge into the cocktail. Stir and strain the cocktail into a new glass with fresh ice. Add orange peel or the wedge for garnish. 

Creepytini

50ml Phantom Gin
10ml Dry vermouth
A dash of Angostura Orange Bitters
2 fresh mint leaves

Put the first 3 ingredients in a jug. Slap the mint leaves in your hands to release the flavour and add to the jug. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with orange zest.

Chocolate Mint & Strawberry G&T

50ml Phantom Gin
200ml Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic
Lots of ice
Fresh strawberry

Chocolate mint (give it a slap between your hands to release the oils)
Add all the liquid ingredients into your favourite gin glass with lots of ice and garnish with chocolate mint and strawberries.
