Spoil your loved one with the perfect bubbly this Valentine’s Day with a Graham Beck Brut Rosé from the world class producer of Cap Classique wines, Graham Beck Wines in Robertson.
Celebrating 25 years of producing Cap Classique wines with cellar master Pieter Ferreira at the helm of all things bubbly, the Graham Beck Brut Rosé NV, as well as the Graham Beck Brut Rosé 2009, are the perfect company for a special evening with its unashamedly flirtatious and feminine profiles.
“Both these wines have proved its undeniable quality as category winners at the Amorim Cap Classique Challenge, South Africa’s only dedicated Cap Classique wine competition, for the past two years,” says an exciting Ferreira. The Brut Rosé NV, as well as the Brut Rosé 2009 made a clean sweep in the Rosé category in this competition, an extraordinary feat and a confirmation of the quality and consistency of these wines!
“Our goal for the past 25 years was and will in future always be superior quality and outstanding consistency. Passion, patience and meticulous attention to detail comprise the alchemy required to produce such notable wines.”
With its charming silver-pink blush and exuberant character, the Brut Rosé NV is a Cap Classique for those who appreciate a fizz with flair. Flirtatious and fun with pin-prick tiny bubbles that burst gently and exhilaratingly on your tongue. This wine has aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. The lovely, fine mousse has subtle red berry flavours enlivened by a bright acidity, perfect for any season or setting!
The Graham Beck Brut Rosé 2009 is a delicious medley of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This wine is complex with length of flavour, elegance and fruit intensity. It has a beautiful salmon pink colour with noticeable ripe strawberries from the Pinot Noir and a creamy complexity from the Chardonnay. This wine is an explosion of raspberry fruit together with fresh sherbet on the palate and a long, fine creamy mousse.
Over the years Graham Beck Wines has earned a reputation as one of South Africa’s foremost Cap Classique producers. Racking up one award after the other, their bubblies are the ones to beat. Although justifiably proud of these prestigious accolades, it’s the loyal following among their fans which the dedicated team at Graham Beck most cherishes.
The Graham Beck Brut Rosé NV is available from the cellar at R110 per bottle and the Graham Beck Brut Rosé 2009 sells for R190 per bottle.
