Comprising six delectable chapters or courses with each dish artfully paired with a Creation wine, the menu offers a choice between canapés and small-plate servings. Bearing in mind that this is a winter menu, you can look forward to hearty combinations such as Bacon Wrapped Springbok Loin with Exotic Mushrooms, which perfectly paired with the Creation Pinot Noir, spells sheer aromatic alchemy. And what can be more rewarding on a chilly winter’s day than the voluptuous Creation Syrah, Grenache served with a flavoursome Three Bean Duck Cassoulet? An aromatic bouquet-garni smudge-stick adds signature Creation innovation.
