The iconic Swartland winemaker Eben Sadie stopped by the Pendock Wine Gallery @ Taj this afternoon for a glass of gin.

We poured him a shot of Rolf’s Gin from Blaauwklippen and Eben pronounced it “the best gin I’ve tasted made from local ingredients. There are plenty of others in fancy bottles that are no where near as good.” Unsolicited complements are the best kind, don’t you find?
