Plans Move Forward To Replace Ne Portland’s Pepsi Distribution Center With Urban Village

PORTLAND, Ore. – A Seattle-based developer is on track to replace the Pepsi distribution center in Northeast Portland with a new mixed-use property that includes businesses and parks. The distribution center sits on 4. 7 acres of land along NE Pacific Street. Some neighborhood residents say they fear the new developed area could bring some new headaches to the area. The recently approved plan looks to turn the plant into an urban village with several 70 to 120-foot-tall buildings.
