Actor Dan Aykroyd?s vodka company, Globefill, is suing a Mexican tequila maker and a Palatine spirits importer for trademark infringement, claiming the design of the Mucha Liga Tequila bottle is too similar to Aykroyd?s Crystal Head Vodka bottle.
