Rietvallei Wine Estate in Robertson is pleased to announce that its first vintage of the 2020 John B Sauvignon Blanc is bottled and ready to be enjoyed.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked in different stages of ripeness in order to capture the green, grassy flavours of the earlier, “greener” fruit and then later the more tropical flavours of the ripe fruit. The vines are between 21 and 27 years old.

With lemon zest, grapefruit and tropical fruits on the nose and a slight hint of minerality on the pallet- this Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine for any occasion.

To be enjoyed with seafood, salads and any other light meals for the ideal summer’s day.

The 2020 John B Sauvignon Blanc is available at the farm, online and at major retailers across South Africa.
