South African bartenders are currently challenging each other online to shake-up a classic daiquiri cocktail while blindfolded, aka Bullock style.
The challenge showcases some of South Africa’s top bartenders and venues, doing what they do best. More importantly, it confirms that even with stage 6 load-shedding imminent, these pros will be able to mix you a drink in the darkest of times. Take that Eskom!
On average it took the challengers less than 2 minutes to make a classic daiquiri while blindfolded.
