Fairview Launches Revolutionary Natural Yoghurt

We are proud to announce the release of our free range strained yoghurt.

Free from starches, stabilisers, sugar, flavourants and preservatives, the full fat yoghurt is made only from the milk of pasteur-fed Jersey cows and traditional yoghurt cultures.  A natural process involving drainage through muslin cloth (to avoid the need for moisture-binding starches and stabilisers) is used to make the unique yoghurt.

With its higher milk content, Fairview yoghurt boasts over double the amount of protein than most other yoghurts.  As has been put forward by proponents of the recent low carbohydrate, high fat and high protein lifestyle (most notably in the Real Meal Revolution), the full fat and starch- and stabiliser-free nature of the yoghurt makes it a healthier option than lower fat varieties, which are often laden with sugar and lack the nutritional benefits of healthy fats. It is of course also a naturally carbohydrate-free food.

Fairview strained yoghurt is rich and creamy, and can be mixed with fruit, nuts, honey or any other topping of your choice.

The yoghurt is currently available in standard 200g tubs at the Fairview deli until the final packaged product has been launched in retail outlets.  We will be posting package design options shortly, as we would love your input on the final decision.
