The year 2007 saw the first wines released from this delightfully enterprising winery which nestles in the sheltered Banhoek valley above Stellenbosch.

 

In 2009 The Neethlingshof wine estate outside Stellenbosch launched a highly successful reserve tier of wines, made exclusively from hand-picked grapes, which are named The Short Story Collection.

The famous white variety Chardonnay is grown in most winemaking countries and arguably produces the very best of dry white wines as well as the finest of champagnes.

 

Rietvallei Wine Estate outside Robertson, is a well known wine producer, especially for its red Muscadel.

 

The La Motte wine farm is situated at the gateway to the beautiful Franschhoek Valley in the Western Cape. The farm is a well known producer of fine wines, recognized internationally and locally for its exceptional quality.

 

Simonsig is a well-established winery on the outskirts of Stellenbosch.

 

Nestled amongst the Jonkershoek and Franschhoek mountain ranges in the beautiful Banghoek Valley you will find the home of Oldenburg Vineyards.

 

Fleur du Cap is a well known local wine brand that produces consistently excellent wines year-on-year.

Fleur du Cap is owned by South Africa’s largest wine company, Distell, who in turn own The Bergkelder (cellar in the mountain) which is where the wines of Fleur du Cap are made.
